Chris Mack
Programme Manager, Employee Wellbeing
Chris is the Programme Manager at Community Business, managing our Wellbeing portfolio. He is in charge of creating a holistic wellbeing offering for our clients with a focus on solutions that are created with the 'Whole Person' Model in mind. Through his work, the programme will identify wellbeing priorities for clients and align them with ESG and United Nations Sustainability Development Goals to ensure greater impact.
Prior to Community Business, Chris worked as a Senior Practitioner and Team Leader at an online mental health service that focused on building and managing a team of mental health practitioners who are responsible for supporting clients all over the UK. He has also spent the last 10 years working and training within the mental health sector working with local government in the UK to further develop support for young people. Chris has also worked in non-profit organisations focusing on building small to medium size enterprises, helping many business owners improve their workforce and achieve their business goals.
Chris has a Masters in Psychology and specialises in Behaviour Change with a specific focus on Motivational Interviewing and Functional Imagery Training. Chris is also a qualified Mental Health First Aider, the first responder in the workplace to any mental health needs as well as a Level 4 Designated Safeguarding Officer (DSO) responsible for working collaboratively with practitioners to ensure risk and safeguarding procedures are followed. He has also worked at the standard of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) Level 5 in Leadership and Management from his time in the British Army. Chris’s pronouns are He/Him.

Eliana Lam
Programme Manager, Events & Partnership
Eliana is the Events & Partnership Manager, based in Hong Kong. She is mainly responsible for managing both internal and external events, as well as fostering partnership with different organisations. Since 2022, she is also the project manager for the Community Business Awards, an awards programme for the celebration of responsible and inclusive business practices in Asia.
Prior to joining Community Business, Eliana worked at an IT company, assisting in event management and copywriting. She also worked in an NGO, coordinating workshops and seminars, which help small to medium-sized non-profits grow better in serving the communities. With this work experience, Eliana has developed a strong interest in marketing and communications. She would like to develop her career in related areas and make positive changes to the society.
A graduate of The Open University of Hong Kong, Eliana holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with Honours in Professional Accounting. She is native in Cantonese, fluent in Mandarin and English.

Felix Fung
Business Operations Manager
Felix is the Business Operations Manager based in Hong Kong. He is responsible for providing general office support and to ensure everything is running smoothly.
Prior to joining Community Business, Felix worked as a private tutor teaching English and Maths to adults and kids. During high school, he volunteered at an elderly care home on the weekends to help out.
Felix holds a Master's degree in Organisational Management and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. He is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.

Len Nguyen
Client Solutions Manager
Len Nguyen is the Client Solutions Manager at Community Business. She is responsible for client solutions design and relationship management.
Prior to Community Business, Len has worked as a recruiter specialising in technology roles as well as a partnership consultant at a software company. She has APAC business exposure focusing on Vietnam, Hong Kong, Singapore and Australia. Her core competencies are business development and account management. She also has extensive volunteering experience as a role model at Inspiring Girls.
Len is Vietnamese-Pakistani and grew up in Shanghai and Hong Kong. She is a native Vietnamese speaker, fluent in English and speaks Cantonese and Mandarin. Len uses She/Her pronouns.

Miki Mori
Manager, Consulting & Training
Miki Mori is the Manager of Consulting & Training at Community Business. She is responsible for assisting in designing, developing and delivering Community Business’ consulting and training projects.
Before joining Community Business, Miki had a few internships in different human resources companies. She has been passionate about training and development after exploring various aspects of human resource management.
Miki has completed her Bachelor of Social Sciences (Honours) in Psychology from the Education University of Hong Kong. She is also a candidate for M.Phil. in Industrial-Organisational Psychology at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. She is native in Cantonese, and fluent in English, Japanese and Mandarin.
DIAN
Nisha Mathew
Programme Manager, DIAN
Nisha is a Programme Manager for DIAN based in India. She supports in managing the Diversity Inclusion Asia Network (DIAN), the leading network of companies and professionals committed to advancing diversity and inclusion in Asia.
Prior to Community Business, Nisha worked as a Manager in an NGO, she was responsible for leading the Mental Health Programme, and coordinating other educational programmes for children from low-income households.
Nisha is Psychologist with a Master's in Psychology. She is fluent in English, Hindi and Malayalam.

Olivia Welch
Research Manager
Olivia is the Manager of Research based in Hong Kong. She reports directly to the Head of Social Impact and is responsible for driving Community Business’s pioneering research projects across India and the Asia region. She will be collaborating with key internal stakeholders, identifying new project opportunities and working closely with the Marketing & Communications team to produce innovative research projects.
Prior to joining Community Business, Olivia worked in the education sector in Hong Kong, in a variety of consultancy and hands on roles and volunteered for an NGO in England as a research assistant focusing on climate change and education.
Olivia is deeply passionate about producing contemporary research that illuminates new perspectives, challenges the rhetoric surrounding minority groups and advocates for social inclusion. She believes that shining a spotlight on personal narratives and promoting storytelling will transform research making it more vibrant and accessible, as well as adding a level of personability that people can connect with.
A graduate from Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine, Olivia holds a MSc degree in Humanitarian Health Program Management.

Premadas Naik
Finance Manager, India
Premadas is the Finance Manager for Community Business India. He is responsible for day-to-day accounting and finance operations such as accounts receivables, payables, bank reconciliation and assisting in auditing, as well as statutory filings and statutory payments, payroll, handling vendor and customer issues, and coordination with the external departments.
Prior to Community Business, Premadas worked for organisations such as Prestige Group as Assistant Manager, Pierian Services Pvt Ltd and Kirloskar Group.
Premadas has a BBA in Finance and an MBA in Financial Management. He speaks English, Hindi, Kannada and Telugu.

Rajashri Ameen
Finance Manager
Rajashri Ameen is an accounting and finance professional, working as the Finance Manager in Hong Kong. She is mainly responsible for day to today accounting and finance operations such as accounts receivables, payables, bank reconciliation and assisting in auditing.
Prior to joining our group, she worked in different roles in different export and import business operations as Junior Accountant and Shipping Officer in Hong Kong and India.
Rajashri holds a post graduate degree in Finance and has a bachelor's degree in Commerce. She is fluent in English, Hindi and Kannada.

Tash Sutcliffe
Programme Manager, Marketing and Communications
Tash is a Marketing and Communications Manager based in Hong Kong. She assists the team with video content, reviewing communications and social media strategy. One of Tash's major responsibilities is editing long form video content which includes virtual award ceremonies.
Before joining Community Business, she had freelance experience in photography, video editing and graphic design. These projects helped her develop her creative skills and fuelled her interest in marketing and communications. Her studies in film have equipped her with a solid understanding of the medium and have helped inform her passion for video creation. She hopes that by lending her skills to forward thinking organisations she can make a positive impact on society.
Tash is a graduate of King’s College London where she read Film Studies and Geography at undergraduate level and recently started a master's degree in International Affairs. Tash is a native English speaker who speaks some Cantonese and Mandarin. Tash uses she/her pronouns.

Tejaswi Gorugantu
Manager, Marketing and Communications
As a Marketing and Communications Manager, Tejaswi is responsible for providing marketing, content and design support for programmes and events, reporting directly to the Head of Social Impact and to the Country Head of India.
Tejaswi has previously worked in the Indian technology start-up ecosystem as a Marketing and Business Consultant as well as being associated with his family-owned business, handling various functions including Business Development, branding, social media content and design Apart from his passion for marketing, Tejaswi is a sports enthusiast and a cook. He enjoys preparing delicious meals for friends, family and his little furry golden retriever Harry.
A graduate from Warwick Business School, United Kingdom, Tejaswi holds a Master’s degree in Marketing and Strategy and has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Christ University, Bangalore. He is a native speaker of Telugu and is fluent in English, Hindi and Kannada.

Travis Liu
Senior Graphic Designer
Travis is our Senior Graphic Designer, based in Hong Kong. Travis has always been passionate about drawing and visualisation. He worked on his own projects and collaborations over the past few years in order to further enhance his skills and creativity. Prior to joining Community Business, he worked in the graphics and marketing teams of an engineering consultancy and also interned at a jewellery company. He was involved in various aspects of design, from online social media and company website, to print like magazines and posters.
A graduate of Birmingham City University, Travis holds a Bachelor degree of Arts in Visual Communication (Illustration). Born and raised in Hong Kong, Travis is native in Cantonese and fluent in English.
