This session explores the effects of toxic culture in the workplace, with a particular focus on the role of leaders and the business case for D&I and LGBT+ inclusion. By sharing best industry practices on LGBT+ inclusion in the workplace, this session begins to tackle biases and stigma against the LGBT+ community in the workplace.
